Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do through the force and knowledge which comes with having a teenaged mind. She is an actress author health-guru talk show host producer entrepreneur director, dancer, comedian model and most important wife and mom! It's no wonder she has been given the name Perpetual Motion. Marilu's life has been a testament to her health-conscious approach. She believes that one can do everything with healthy health. But it wasn't always this way. As a teenager she was a dieter who yo-yo'd seeing her weight rise higher. The emotional weight gain made her feel sick and unwell all times. She knew that when her parents died in their fifties and her mother suffered from complications due to arthritis and her father from cardiac arrest--that she needed to remain vigilant about her health. She is also a regular actor in Christopher Guest's mockumentary films. Coolidge was part of The Groundlings (an improv troupe as well as a sketch comedy group that is based in Los Angeles). She is a star in CBS's sitcom 2 Broke Girls where she is Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstairs neighbor who owns and operates the cleaning services.
