Awkwafina

Awkwafina is an American actress and musician. She started by releasing funny, well-written rap songs that addressed topics like race as well as sexual orientation. She then expanded her fan base to Hollywood. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants was her very first musical experience. She played the trumpet. In addition to classical and jazz, the young Nora began studying hip-hop in her teens. Concentrating on school she majored in journalism, and women's studies at college, even learning Mandarin in Beijing during a brief time. Following graduation, she decided to concentrate on music. The My Vag song, My Vag which was her response to the Mickey Avalon song My Dick, became a viral hit via the Internet and eventually appeared on her debut LP Yellow Ranger. The album also included songs that were viral such as body positive Queef or the winking city tour the city of New York Bitche$. The single that debuted was specifically linked to The Awkwafinas Guide to NYC, her travel guide for 2015. Alongside having published a book and a singer, she was also a professional as a performer. Apart from early series like Girl Code and Tawk she appeared in films like Neighbors 2, Storks and Bad Rap. In 2018, she landed a series of notable performances, which included Dude Ocean 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. The EP came out in June.
