Jana Kramer gained fame as a performer, actress, and songwriter, when she was a character in the TV show One Tree Hill. She was Alex during three of the season's final seasons. On the episodes the singer-songwriter performed her country debut albums. The album bearing named Thirty One was placed in the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album, released in 2015, climbed into the Top Ten. Over the past decade, she appeared on Dancing with the Stars as well in TV movies and several TV shows. There were also some singles which did not appear on albums. The self-doubting Voices saw release in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native that was raised in the country genre. Although she pursued the acting and recording professions but her first screen appearance took place in the independent horror movie Dead/Undead (2002) while still at high school. NBC Friday Night Lights, second season 2007,-2008. Following a string of guest roles for All My Children (including CSI: NY), she landed a recurring role as Noelle Davenport. Kramer would go on to portray Portia Ranson in 90210 (2008-2009) as well as Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009), before she was tapped for One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until half way through its finale season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her signing a contract for a single with Elektra Records. In 2011 she debuted the contemporary country love song, I Won't Let Go. It was later featured on her debut album Jana Kramer in mid-2012. This song landed on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart, which is in the Top Five. The singer focused her attention on her singing career while still acting she acted in movies that appealed her fans like Heart of the Country 2013 & Country Crush 2016. Kramer launched her second album of her own, Thirty One together with Warner Music Nashville, in October 2015. It was boosted by Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy as well in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached third place on the Billboard 200 country charts and number 10 in the Billboard 200. The two-month stint on Dancing with the Stars 23rd season ended in her placing fourth. Also, it was the year that she scored an adult-contemporary success with her song Feels like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
