Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958 to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant, and Joseph William Stone 2nd, an ex-tool and die operator as well as a factory worker. Three siblings are hers: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone was in second grade at five years old. Stone was said as being academically gifted. In 1975 she was a graduate of Saegertown high school in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). She was also a contestant at the Miss Pennsylvania beauty pageant, winning Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt in 1977, moved to New Jersey for a modeling job. She signed with Ford Modeling Agency a week further. The next stage was Europe where she spent one year living in Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone did, however, become dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. She decided to keep her acting career going as an actress while living in Europe. At the age of 20, she appeared in Woody Allen's "Stardust Memories," a film that received mixed receptions.
